This Acceptable Usage Policy (the "Policy") governs the terms of use by the ("Customer"), which additionally is defined as any individual, users, or third-party consultant granted permissible access to DbClone trial account, offered by Reston Technology Group Inc. ("Provider"). Customer agrees when using, or accessing Reston Technology Group Inc.'s DbClone that the following terms and conditions of this policy will be met.
The DbClone Test Drive Program ("Test Drive") offered by Reston Technology Group Inc. are intended for those users who want to sample capabilities, features and functionality of DbClone Software product. No user-data is allowed to be used in the test drive therefore there are no issues of data security or access to any of the customer systems. Due to the inherently open nature of these test Drive, users should not have any expectation that the programs and data they are testing are completely and absolutely secure.
Test Drive is a way to quickly try out the DbClone in conjunction with platform, operating system, or software, and not as a critical means of evaluation. Since this site allows multiple users to access the Test Drive systems simultaneously in an open environment, the performance depends on the number of users logged-on at the time of Test Drive your Network Speed, and your Workstation.. Please try this if you are looking for proof of the DbClone Capabilities without actually installing any DbClone Software on your PC/Workstation or server and take a secure test-drive behind our firewall.
The Test Drive systems are provided as a convenience for Evaluators, Oracle Database Administrators, Developers and Systems Integrators worldwide who would like to test DbClone free without any obligation. In no event shall Reston Technology Group be liable for any damages resulting from the use, lost profits, or special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the Test Drive of DbClone. User agrees that the U. S laws don't prohibit him or other government export control regulations from accessing this Test Drive system. User will be provided, for his/her exclusive use, a UserID and a Password for a limited time period to log into Test Drive site and sample DbClone. User agrees that he will not misuse or try unauthorized access the Test Drive Site.
